How Do I Order?
We have a few easy ways to order:
Visit our online shop–Our online ordering system requires 48 hours notice. Simply add your delivery address to get started. If you need something sooner, use one of the options below.
Call and talk to a real human! We are more than happy to walk you through suggestions, sizing and pricing, and coordinate your seamless delivery or event set-up. 970-279-1342

Email us–Please include your full name, cell phone number, delivery address, time of your event, and what you would like order. We’ll email you an invoice you can pay at your convenience. hello@thegrazingfox.com
Delivery

We offer delivery throughout Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon, and surrounding mountain areas. If you're outside these areas, reach out—we may be able to accommodate!

Online orders require a $100 minimum. If you place your order with us directly, there is no minimum however, we charge a $15 delivery fee for orders under $100.

Same-day orders are subject to availability and we always try to say yes! We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

For orders over $100 and in our delivery area, (Edwards to East Vail) there is no extra charge. For smaller orders, we charge a $15 delivery fee. For deliveries beyond our regular delivery area, please inquire. We love to say “yes” and be a part of your special day wherever it is.

Absolutely! We specialize in bespoke boards tailored to your dietary preferences and event needs.

Absolutely! Many of our artisan cheeses, charcuterie, and accompaniments are naturally gluten-free, and we’re happy to tailor a board just for you. Just let us know when you order, and we’ll make sure every bite is as safe as it is delicious.

Yes! We take food allergies seriously and can customize your grazing experience to fit your needs although we do NOT have an allergy-free kitchen. Whether it’s nut-free, dairy-free, or other dietary restrictions, we’ll curate a beautiful, worry-free spread. Just give us a heads-up, and we’ll handle the rest.
Order Details

Appropriate serving utensils are included with each board. Compostable palm leaf plates, cutlery, and cocktail napkins are available for purchase for $5 per person.

As you may have noticed, we love attention to detail and smart planning. We’re happy to take your order as far in advance as the inspiration strikes.

Yes please! We take pride in our USA handmade boards! We’re happy to pick up and recycle used boards while out on our deliveries. If we can’t use them again, we donate them to local schools for art projects.

Yes. We are happy to discuss the specific details of your event and have the right team in place to serve you and your guests.

Yes! We create stunning grazing tables and charcuterie spreads for weddings, corporate events, and luxury gatherings. Contact us for a custom quote.
Booking / Cancellation

Yes. You may order gift certificates online, or directly with us. We can mail directly to you or the recipient, or help make other arrangements.

We get it. Life happens. If you do have to cancel please give us as much notice as possible.
